We ask you to submit a service request through your kitchen specialist. This allows us to receive a purchase reference and help you as quickly as possible with the right parts or a repair visit.
2. Service form
We always ask the kitchen specialist to complete a service form. If you have photos and/or a video, this will naturally help speed up the process.
3. Our service team
Once we receive the service request from the kitchen specialist, our service department will assess the best solution to resolve your issue. In some cases, sending a replacement part may be enough to fix the problem. For more complex cases, we will arrange for a service technician.
