At Caressi, we look beyond the design of a sink. Safe delivery and proper maintenance also contribute to the product’s quality and lifespan.
That is why we have improved the packaging of our Quartz/Composite sinks and are introducing a complete cleaning and maintenance kit. This allows us to cover the entire product experience: from safe transport to proper maintenance.
Improved packaging for safer transport
A Quartz/Composite sink needs to be properly protected against shocks and impacts during transport. When Quartz/Composite sinks were shipped individually, transport damage could occasionally occur.
We have therefore improved the packaging in several areas:

The improved packaging has now been tested, with a clear result: the risk of breakage and transport damage has been significantly reduced. This means the sink is better protected on its journey and can be delivered with greater confidence.
Everything you need for thorough cleaning and maintenance
Once installed, a sink is exposed to water, limescale, dirt and other signs of everyday use. Without regular maintenance, these can adhere to the surface and become increasingly difficult to remove.
The renewed Caressi cleaning and maintenance kit is more comprehensive than its predecessor, offers more product and brings together everything you need to clean, care for and protect your sink in one package:
- Kitchen Descaler (250 ml)
- Sink Polish (100 ml)
- Protective Balm (250 ml)
- Premium Cloth
- Stain Eraser/Magic Sponge
With its more comprehensive contents and larger quantities, you have everything you need for a thorough maintenance treatment as well as regular care afterwards.
The kit is suitable for natural stone, granite, quartz composite, enamel, plastic, glass, stainless steel and ceramic. It can therefore be used on various types of sinks, including our Quartz/Composite models.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not use the kit on PVD sinks.
How to use the maintenance kit
1. Start by removing limescale
Clean the sink thoroughly with the Caressi Kitchen Descaler. This helps remove limescale deposits. Use the Premium Cloth to apply the product and clean the surface.
2. Tackle stubborn areas
Are there any local stains or stubborn marks left behind? Use the Stain Eraser/Magic Sponge according to the instructions on the label.
3. Continue cleaning and caring with the Polish
If necessary, use the Sink Polish for further cleaning and care. The Polish can also be used for regular sink maintenance.
4. Allow to dry and apply protection
First allow the cleaned surface to dry completely. Then apply the Protective Balm to impregnate and protect the sink.
The kit is intended for monthly deep cleaning and long-term maintenance. Always read the instructions on the label of each individual product before use.
