Returns

If you wish to return a Caressi item, please send an email to info@caressi.nl. 

Our returns department will create a return order with DPD upon receipt of the e-mail.

DPD will collect the return order as soon as possible. It is important to note that we only accept return orders where the boxes have remained intact, with no writing on them and where transparent tape has been used!

Once the return order has reached us, you will receive a credit note.
